A service that provides remote technical guidance and support to an operator or technician in the field. An expert at a central location connects with the field worker using communication technology to diagnose problems, guide repairs, or oversee complex tasks. This connection is often established through wearable devices with cameras, augmented reality overlays, and two-way audio, transmitting data over a wireless network.
