Turntable

A rotating platform used in railway depots to turn locomotives or rolling stock 180 degrees, allowing them to be oriented in the desired direction. This device is particularly useful in roundhouses or areas with limited space for locomotives to reverse. Turntables eliminate the need for complex track layouts or wye tracks for turning equipment.
