Undertile

Relating to materials or systems installed beneath ceramic tiles or other floor coverings, typically for heating or waterproofing purposes. Undertile heating systems use electric mats or hydronic pipes to warm the floor surface. Undertile membranes provide a waterproof barrier to protect the subfloor from moisture.
