Window detector
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-006615
An electronic circuit that determines if an input voltage falls within a specific range, or 'window', defined by two reference voltages. The circuit, also called a window comparator, uses two comparators to check if the input is simultaneously above a lower threshold and below an upper threshold. Its digital output indicates a 'true' state only when the input voltage is between the two set points.
