Bodily injury by accident-policy limit

The maximum amount an insurer will pay under a workers' compensation policy for all bodily injuries sustained by accident during the policy period. This limit applies to the aggregate of all claims arising from accidental injuries, regardless of the number of employees injured or the number of accidents. It represents the total liability of the insurer for accidental bodily injury claims within a given policy term.
