Continuous contract

An insurance agreement that remains in effect indefinitely unless either party provides notice of cancellation or non-renewal. Unlike term policies, it does not have a fixed expiration date that requires periodic renewal. Premiums for continuous contracts are often adjusted periodically based on factors like claims experience or market conditions.
