Cross-liability endorsement

A provision added to a liability insurance policy that treats each insured party as if they were separately insured, even when they are all covered under the same policy. This allows one insured to make a claim against another insured under the same policy for covered damages. It is particularly relevant for policies covering multiple entities within a single corporate structure.
