Dependent properties time element coverage

Insurance that covers a business's loss of income or extra expenses resulting from damage to property of a third party, rather than the insured's own property. This coverage applies when the damaged third-party property, such as a key supplier, customer, or leader location, prevents the insured from conducting normal business operations. It is a form of business interruption insurance that extends beyond the insured's direct premises.
