Earthquake coverage

Standard policies exclude damage from earth movement, making this separate coverage necessary for protection against shaking, cracking, and related structural failures. This coverage is subject to a separate, higher deductible, calculated as a percentage of the dwelling's insured value, ranging from 5% to 25%.
