Financed insurance

An arrangement where a policyholder borrows money from a third party or the insurer to pay insurance premiums. This allows individuals or businesses to obtain coverage without immediately paying the full premium amount. The loan is typically secured by the cash value of the policy or other collateral, and interest is charged on the borrowed funds.
