Healthcare reimbursement plan

An arrangement where an employer or organization reimburses employees for qualified medical expenses not covered by their primary health insurance. These plans can include Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), allowing employees to pay for deductibles, co-payments, and other out-of-pocket costs. Reimbursement is typically tax-free for the employee.
