International Reverse Business

An insurance program arranged for the United States subsidiary of a foreign-owned group, so that coverage originates with the foreign parent's program abroad and flows into the American operations. It is also called reverse flow business because the direction is the opposite of the usual multinational program, in which a U.S. parent insures its overseas subsidiaries.
