Mutual additional insured status

A contractual arrangement where two parties agree to name each other as additional insureds on their respective liability insurance policies. This provides both parties with direct coverage under the other's policy for claims arising from their shared operations or contractual relationship. It is common in construction projects or landlord-tenant agreements.
