Nuclear exclusion

A standard provision in most insurance policies that explicitly denies coverage for losses or damages resulting from nuclear reactions, radiation, or radioactive contamination. This exclusion applies regardless of the cause of the nuclear event, whether accidental or intentional. It prevents insurers from being exposed to the catastrophic and widespread risks associated with nuclear incidents.
