Cannabis-derived product

Any substance containing compounds extracted from the cannabis plant, including cannabinoids like THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol). These products exist in forms such as oils, edibles, tinctures, and topical creams, with their legal status depending on the concentration of specific cannabinoids and jurisdictional laws. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived products with less than 0.3% THC by dry weight are federally legal in the United States.
