Expert witness reports

Written documents prepared by expert witnesses outlining their qualifications, opinions, and the factual basis and methodology used to form those opinions. These reports are exchanged between parties during discovery in litigation. They serve to inform opposing counsel and the court about the substance of the expert's anticipated testimony.
