Immigrant visa

A visa issued to foreign nationals who intend to live permanently in the United States. It allows the holder to enter the U.S. as a lawful permanent resident, granting them the right to work and reside indefinitely. This visa is distinct from a non-immigrant visa, which is for temporary stays.
