Incompatible

Describing a situation where two or more things cannot coexist or be performed together without conflict or mutual exclusion. In law, this often applies to legal duties, offices, or claims that inherently contradict each other. For example, holding two public offices simultaneously might be deemed incompatible if their functions create a conflict of interest.
