Mutual aid

Concerted activities by employees for their mutual aid or protection, which are protected under Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act. This includes actions taken by employees to improve their wages, hours, or working conditions, even if they are not members of a union. Examples include discussing workplace issues, circulating petitions, or refusing to work under unsafe conditions.
