Unfair labor practices

Actions taken by employers or labor unions that violate the rights of employees under labor law, particularly the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). These practices include interfering with employees' right to organize, refusing to bargain in good faith, or discriminating against employees for union activities. The National Labor Relations Board investigates and remedies these violations.
