Permanent injunction

A final court order that requires a party to either perform or cease a specific action indefinitely. This equitable remedy is issued after a full trial on the merits and is intended to provide lasting relief to the prevailing party. Unlike a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction, it is not provisional.
