Property control trust

A legal arrangement where specific assets are placed under the management of a trustee for the benefit of designated beneficiaries, often to dictate how and when those assets are distributed or used. This trust structure allows the grantor to maintain a degree of control over the property even after transferring ownership. It is frequently used in estate planning to protect assets from creditors or to provide for beneficiaries with special needs.
