Sex trafficking

The recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act, induced by force, fraud, or coercion. If the person induced to perform such an act is under 18 years of age, force, fraud, or coercion is not required. This is a severe human rights violation and a federal crime under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act.
