Sexual harassment

Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates a hostile work environment or affects employment decisions. This conduct is illegal under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It can take the form of quid pro quo harassment or hostile environment harassment.
