Sexual harassment

Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates a hostile work environment or interferes with an individual's employment. This conduct becomes unlawful when enduring it is a condition of employment, or it is severe or pervasive enough to alter the terms of employment. Federal law, specifically Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, prohibits sexual harassment.
