Quid pro quo sexual harassment

A form of sexual harassment where employment benefits, such as promotions, raises, or continued employment, are made contingent upon an employee's submission to unwelcome sexual advances or conduct. This type of harassment typically involves a person in a position of power, such as a supervisor, making explicit or implicit demands for sexual favors. A single instance of such conduct can constitute harassment.
