Hostile work environment sexual harassment

Unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that is so severe or pervasive that it alters the conditions of the victim's employment and creates an abusive working environment. This conduct can include offensive jokes, slurs, epithets, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule, insults, or offensive objects or pictures. The conduct must be objectively offensive and subjectively perceived as hostile or abusive by the victim.
