Repeated aggressive behavior, either physical, verbal, or psychological, intended to cause harm, distress, or fear to another person. In the workplace, bullying can lead to claims of hostile work environment, emotional distress, or constructive discharge. Employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) policies may provide coverage for defense costs and damages arising from such allegations, depending on policy terms.
