Workplace harassment

Unwelcome conduct based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information that becomes a condition of continued employment or creates a hostile work environment. It includes offensive jokes, slurs, epithets, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule, insults, and offensive objects or pictures. Employers are legally obligated to prevent and address such behavior.
