Returned goods

Products sent back by customers to the seller or manufacturer due to reasons such as defects, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction. These items enter the reverse logistics process, where they are inspected, sorted, and either restocked, repaired, recycled, or disposed of. The handling of returned goods is governed by consumer protection laws and company return policies.
