Absolute

Referring to a measurement or value that is independent of any arbitrary reference point or scale, often implying a true or fundamental quantity. In meteorology, this can apply to concepts like absolute temperature, measured from absolute zero. Absolute humidity is another example, representing the actual mass of water vapor in a given volume of air.
