Anhyetism

A prolonged period of extreme dryness or absence of precipitation in a particular region. This condition represents a severe form of drought, where rainfall is significantly below average for an extended duration. Anhyetism can lead to widespread water shortages, agricultural failures, and increased risk of wildfires.
