Flash drought

A drought that develops very rapidly, often within a few weeks, due to a combination of abnormally high temperatures, strong winds, and low humidity. This quick onset distinguishes it from traditional droughts, which evolve over months or years. Flash droughts can severely impact agriculture and water resources in a short timeframe.
