Lightning arrester

A device designed to protect electrical equipment and structures from damage caused by lightning strikes. It diverts the high-voltage surge of a lightning discharge safely to the ground, preventing it from entering and damaging sensitive electrical systems. These devices are commonly installed on power lines and buildings.
