Morphology

The study of the form, structure, and spatial arrangement of atmospheric phenomena, such as clouds, precipitation systems, or storm cells. This field examines the physical shapes, sizes, and organizational patterns of these features as observed visually or through remote sensing. Cloud morphology, for instance, classifies clouds based on their appearance and formation processes.
