Slush

A semi-liquid mixture of snow and water, typically found on the ground when temperatures are near or slightly above freezing. It forms as snow melts or when rain falls on existing snow, creating a saturated, viscous consistency. Slush can pose hazards for transportation and can contribute to localized flooding.
