Machine learning operations (ml ops)

A set of practices for managing the complete lifecycle of a machine learning model, combining principles from machine learning, data engineering, and DevOps. Machine learning operations (MLOps) automates and standardizes processes from data ingestion and model training to deployment, monitoring, and retraining. This discipline addresses the unique challenges of managing data and model versions, which evolve independently of the application code, to maintain performance in production environments.
