Upon administration, IL-10-armed anti-CD19 CAR-T cells Meta10-19 recognize and bind to CD19-expressing tumor cells, thereby inducing selective toxicity in CD19-expressing tumor cells. CD19 antigen is a B-cell specific cell surface antigen overexpressed in B-cell lineage malignancies. IL-10 may stimulate the differentiation and expansion of tumor specific cytotoxic CD8+ T cells.",
