Upon administration, lutetium Lu 177-DOTA-IPN01087 binds to NTR1 expressed on certain tumor cells. Upon binding and internalization, this radioconjugate specifically delivers a cytotoxic dose of beta radiation to NTR1-expressing cells. NTR1, a G-protein coupled receptor, is highly expressed in ductal pancreatic adenocarcinoma but not in normal pancreatic tissue.",
