soblidotin

  1. A substance being studied in the treatment of cancer. It is a type of tubulin inhibitor. Also called TZT-1027.

  2. A dolastatin-10 derivative. Soblidotin inhibits tubulin polymerization, resulting in cell cycle arrest and induction of apoptosis.
