Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000262

A family of thermoplastic polymers known as polyamide, widely used in powder bed fusion and filament extrusion processes due to its strength, flexibility, and resistance to impact and chemicals. Different grades, such as PA 11 and PA 12, offer distinct properties related to moisture absorption and mechanical performance. PA 12 is one of the most prevalent materials for producing functional prototypes and end-use parts in selective laser sintering (SLS).
