Used powder
Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000401
Powder material that has been exposed to the build process within an additive manufacturing system but was not incorporated into the final printed part. This material is collected after a build and can be sieved and blended with virgin powder for reuse in subsequent builds. The properties of used powder, such as particle size distribution and flowability, can degrade with repeated exposure to heat.
