1D property descriptor

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000006

A numerical value that quantifies a physicochemical characteristic of a molecule, derived from its chemical formula or a simple count of atoms or bonds. These descriptors do not account for the molecule's three-dimensional arrangement. Examples include molecular weight, number of hydrogen bond donors, and atom counts.
