Autocorrelation vector
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000965
A mathematical representation used in cheminformatics to encode structural information about a molecule, particularly its two-dimensional (2D) connectivity. It describes the correlation of a molecular property, such as atomic charge or electronegativity, between atoms separated by a certain number of bonds. This vector is employed in quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) studies.
