Hour

A unit of time accepted for use with the International System of Units (SI), with the symbol h. It is not an SI unit itself but is defined as exactly 60 minutes, or 3,600 seconds. This unit is frequently used in chemistry to express reaction times, half-lives, or rates of change over extended periods.
