Polydactyly

A congenital anomaly characterized by the presence of supernumerary digits (fingers or toes) on the hand or foot. This condition can range from a small, soft bump to a fully formed extra digit. Polydactyly is one of the most common congenital limb malformations, often inherited as an autosomal dominant trait.
