Shewhart means chart

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010817

A type of Shewhart control chart used to monitor the central tendency of a process by plotting the means of subgroups of measurements over time. This chart displays the average value of a quality characteristic for samples taken at regular intervals. It includes a central line representing the overall process mean and upper and lower control limits, typically set at three standard deviations from the mean.
