Cumulative sum control chart

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002786

A statistical process control chart that plots the cumulative sum of deviations of individual sample values from a target value. This chart is particularly effective at detecting small, persistent shifts in a process mean more quickly than a standard Shewhart control chart. It is widely used in analytical chemistry for monitoring the stability and performance of analytical methods over time.
