Thermodynamic temperature

The absolute measure of temperature, defined such that zero corresponds to the absolute zero point where particles have minimum possible kinetic energy. It is one of the seven base quantities in the International System of Units (SI). The SI unit for thermodynamic temperature is the kelvin (K).
