A centralized location from which administrators supervise, monitor, and maintain a computer network, also known as a Network Operations Center. NOC personnel are responsible for monitoring network performance, responding to alarms, troubleshooting outages, and managing incidents to maintain service availability. These facilities operate continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to address any issues that affect network stability and performance.
